3-LP Anniversary Edition on 200-Gram Audiophile Vinyl
This deluxe 3-LP release celebrates 40 years of Rush with an expanded edition of the band’s original 2112 album, plus an additional two LPs of rare, live and previously unreleased material. Includes newly-recorded tracks featuring Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters. Extras include a 2015 hologram, a special laser-etched side and an iconic Starman turntable mat.
As the follow-up to 1975’s Caress of Steel, 2112 is the album where it all came together for Rush — a complex, swirling, high-concept rock opera that made them stars. Guitarist Alex Lifeson has described it as “the first record where we sounded like Rush.”
