Few albums have defined an era and redefined a generation quite like Faith, George Michael’s groundbreaking 1987 debut solo album. Newly mastered for this release and cut at half-speed, the iconic 25-million unit selling, chart-topping, multi award-winning album is home to some of George’s biggest tracks including: “Father Figure,” “One More Try,” “I Want Your Sex,” and the title track “Faith.”

A pop album with influences of R&B, funk and soul music, Faith’s songs include introspective lyrics, which generated controversies about Michael’s personal relationships at that time. Faith peaked at #1 on the US Billboard 200 and stayed for 51 non-consecutive weeks, including 12 weeks at #1. It was ranked #151 on Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time in 2020.

Written, arranged, produced and performed almost entirely by Michael, it’s now available on vinyl for the first time in over a decade.
