Double Album

The second album by D'Angelo features an extensive line-up of musicians associated with the Soulquarians musical collective. The loose, groove-based funk sound of Voodoo serves as a departure from the more conventional song structure of his previous album, Brown Sugar, and explores lyrical themes of spirituality, love, sexuality, growth, and fatherhood.
