Translucent Pink EcoRecord or Indie Exclusive Zoetrope Picture Disc

Moon Music (aka Music Of The Spheres, Vol. II: Moon Music) is the band’s 10th studio album, and the sequel to From Earth With Love (2021) on their “Music Of The Spheres” project. “feelslikeimfallinginlove,” released as the record’s lead single on June 21, 2024, reached #10 on the Billboard’s US Adult Pop Airplay chart.

Asked about the meaning behind the title, Chris Martin stated, “it has to do with accepting all the different phases (of life)” and “shining your light without any need for anything in return.” The album cover features a moonbow shot taken by Argentine photographer Matías Alonso Revelli in 2020.

The album is pressed on new eco-friendly recycled vinyl to make the physical release as sustainable as possible. This will be the world’s first album released as a 140-gram EcoRecord rPET LP, with each copy containing nine recycled PET-plastic bottles recovered from post-consumer waste. This will prevent the manufacture of more than 25 metric tons of virgin plastic, and provide an 85% reduction in manufacturing process CO2 emissions/kg compared to traditional 140-gram vinyl.
