Originally released in 1990, Cannibal Corpse’s crushing debut album Eaten Back To Life was released by Metal Blade Records. At the time, Eaten Back To Life set a new standard for heaviness and brutality. Three decades later, it remains a death metal classic. The album cover, which depicts a zombie mutilating and cannibalizing itself, was created by horror comic book artist Vince Locke, with whom the band would continue to collaborate in the future.
