The album continues the changes in his musical sound that he began with the mixtape Macadelic, with Miller describing the album as very introspective and very personal. The release features guest appearances from Earl Sweatshirt, Ab-Soul, Action Bronson, Schoolboy Q, Jay Electronica and Tyler The Creator among others.
The 10th anniversary deluxe edition of Miller’s second studio album is pressed on heavyweight galaxy vinyl. Includes a bonus 10” zoetrope picture disc with the bonus track “The Star Room (OG Version)” and never-before-released vinyl exclusive track “The Quest.” Pressed on 180-gram Galaxy Vinyl with a bonus 10” Zoetrope Picture Disc, 12” Insert w/Colored Overlay Effects and housed in a Clamshell Box.
