Queen’s fifth studio album, A Day At The Races, was originally released in December 1976. The title of the album followed suit with its predecessor, A Night At The Opera, taking its name from the subsequent Marx Brothers film. The album reached #1 in the UK, Japan and the Netherlands, and #5 on the US Billboard 200. Voted the 67th greatest album of all time in a national 2006 BBC poll, the album features the Queen hits “Somebody To Love,” “Tie Your Mother Down” and “Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy.”
