Before they became Linkin Park, they were known as Xero. The new album title refers to both that humble beginning and the journey the band is currently undertaking. Sonically and emotionally, it is about past, present, and future — embracing their signature sound, but new and full of life. Ultimately, with From Zero, the band is looking to harness the purest energy of their past, present and future. The new era has officially begun.

Linkin Park is now Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Phoenix and Joe Hahn, alongside new members Emily Armstrong (from the band Dead Sara) as co-vocalist and Colin Brittain (songwriter/producer) as drummer.
