Bill Evans is well known for beautiful harmonies and lyrical improvisation — one of the most influential pianists of his time. These final performances of Evans were recorded at Keystone Korner San Francisco on August 31–September 7, 1980, just before he died. This Consecration Immortal has a brand new track listing, including “The Brilliant” and his final song, “My Romance” — his coda and final live performance of his life.
